Also, if you would like to arrange a meeting in the next couple of days and I haven't replied it's probably because I haven't been able to check my emails and not necessarily because I'm not available.  I do try to check my emails as often as possible but there are times when I'm not able to for various reasons, so if you haven't received a reply please call me.  I always asked for a follow-up call to an email and I'm much quicker to contact me by phone than by email.
